Ticketing scheme has benefitted hundreds of City supporters!

The City For All community ticket scheme which has provided for hundreds of people who might not otherwise have been able to attend matches at St James Park is now in its third season.
Economic or social circumstance can mean that people go without the experiences some can often take for granted. City for All provides access to match tickets for those across Exeter and beyond who would otherwise not be able to visit St James Park.
The scheme was established after an idea from Exeter City Supporters’ Trust member Tom White, and began during the 22/23 season and since then has provided more than 1350 tickets to applicants enabling them to attend matches and watch the team they often grow to love.
City for All, which is open to both existing supporters and new visitors, was initially available to supporters and families, but last season it was extended to community organisations, including Devon Young Carers, several NHS departments, Julian House, St Sidwell’s Community Centre, St Petrock’s and the YMCA.
A group of Afghan refugees who are on a resettlement programme with South Hams District Council, attended a match through the scheme.

Tom Sewell, Resettlement Officer at South Hams District Council, said: “Thank you for the tickets and refreshment vouchers which were provided for the group of Afghan refugees, it was very generous of the club and very much appreciated. It was the first proper outing the families have had since their arrival to the UK at the end of December. Even though the result wasn’t in Exeter’s favour, they had a great day out and loved the atmosphere in the ground.”
Clive Harrison, Supporters’ Trust Trustee, club director and chair of the club’s Supporter Experience Committee, said: “We established the scheme in response to the cost-of-living crisis to ensure supporters could still attend and watch the team they love. It’s been clear from demand that this scheme is still very much needed.
“As a supporter-owned community football club, it is important to us that people aren’t prevented from attending because of their social or economic circumstances. We’re also very grateful for all of the contributions we have received from our supporters in terms of both financial contributions and through season ticket donations.”
Nick Hawker, Chair of Exeter City Supporters’ Trust and Club Chair said: "Supporters’ Trust member Tom White proposed to the Trust this fantastic scheme. Supporters supporting not just the team and club, but one another as well! We are no ordinary football club, we have no ordinary supporters!"
The Club and Supporters’ Trust donate the tickets towards the scheme and do not make a profit from ticket sales. As the cost of living continues to be challenging, demand is extremely high, and we need your help.
There are several ways you can support the scheme:
Season Ticket Holders
If you are a Season Ticket holder and you are unable to attend an upcoming match you can contact; cityforall@ecfc.co.uk and your ticket can be used by the scheme, provided they are donated 48 hours before the match, or in the event it cannot or the ticket is donated outside of this timeframe, then if it can be resold the club will donate a ticket for use by the scheme at a match later in the season.
General Donations
Fans are able to access the club’s ticket site and donate toward the scheme; this will cover the price of further tickets for distribution via the scheme or providing food and a drink at the game. Click here to make a donation.
