Members can apply to buy League Cup Final tickets

This year’s EFL Carabao League Cup Final will be between Liverpool and Newcastle with a 15:30 kick-off at Wembley Stadium.
The Club hope to receive their full allocation of 12 tickets which we will be in 6 pairs. This year they will be allocated as follows:
1 pair to CCT
2 pairs to the Club
3 pairs to Trust members (2 pairs Liverpool, 1 pair Newcastle)
Our three pairs of tickets are offered, as usual, to those Exeter City Supporters Trust members wishing to go in the “right to buy” draw for them, one pair for each team @ £97 (the same price as last season) a ticket so £194 for a pair.
Applications to be entered into the draw are now welcome but first read all the blurb below and ensure you send ALL the details requested and in the order below.

The Trust and Club are delighted to announce that we will have three pairs of EFL CARABAO Cup Final tickets on offer for Trust members to buy.
As an English Football League Club, ECFC automatically enter the EFL Cup, and this entitles the Club to purchase a number of tickets for the Final. This year we have two pairs of tickets for the Liverpool area and one pair of tickets for the Newcastle area.
The seats are normally on the side near the halfway line, in amongst Blocks 103-5 and 140-2 respectively – check here to see the potential view from those seats https://www.wembleystadium.com/plan-your-visit/stadium-guide/view-from-your-seat . These will be, as always, some of the best seats available and well worth the extra expense.
At most Clubs these are normally all passed out or sold to Directors, Management or members of the playing staff but ECFC are continuing the policy of making sure charity partners, staff, and Trust members split the allocation and this year the Trust has six tickets, available in three pairs for Trust members to buy.
Please note this match is subject to extra time and penalties if the score remains even at full time. The match could therefore finish approximately 1 hour and 45 mins after kick off (if completed in 'normal' time); 2 hours and 20 mins after kick off (if extra time is played); or up to 2 hours and 50 mins after kick off (if extra time and penalties are required). Getting away from the stadium can then also be quite a slow process so transport should be planned accordingly.
More details can be found as they are updated on the Wembley Website at https://www.wembleystadium.com/events/2025/Carabao-Cup-Final
You can only wear appropriate colours for whichever area you take tickets for. No colours from other teams, even our own, are allowed. However normally, whilst not wearing their colours, you can be [quietly] supporting the opposing team to the area you are in, as the area is normally friendly with supporters from various other teams who have received them in the same way as ourselves.
The other conditions that apply are that should you be successful you MUST use one yourself and then take whoever you like with you but you CANNOT take payment for the second ticket and you must sign a disclaimer covering these points when buying the tickets. A contract will be provided for signature.
Any questions just ask me. It is probably quickest to call but I will obviously attempt to answer e-mails as well.
If you wish to be entered for the draw for the right to buy one pair of tickets then please comply with the following instructions.
I am happy to receive applications by phone, in writing, or by e-mail to me using my normal contact details as listed below but these need to reach me by midnight on Friday 28 February.
We will then hope to make the draw on Saturday 1 or Sunday 2 March once validation checks are completed. We will advise the winners during the following week, however we will not be announcing the results of the draw until after we receive details about the tickets we are to receive so should that be delayed then we will delay the announcement and I’ll advise all entrants if that happens.
Once the winners are announced you will then need to await confirmation that we have received the tickets which will be electronic.
Once received by the club we envisage that they will be dispatched via email to you but there will be more information on this in due course.
To apply you need to supply me with the following details and in this order please:
