Election and AGM 2021 | Everything you need to know...

Welcome to our quick guide to everything you need to know about the Trust board election campaign, voting, and the AGM.



Hustings

In support of the 2021 Trust Board Election a hustings meeting will take place in the Grecian Centre at SJP on Saturday, October 2, commencing at 5.30pm after the Walsall game.


Please come along to meet the candidates in person and ask them questions. Electronic voting will open on conclusion of the hustings and remain open until Saturday, October 9.


If you cannot be present in person then please email questions which should be sent to the trust secretary via enquiries@weownexetercityfc.co.uk and will be received up until Friday, October 1.


The hustings will be recorded and uploaded to the Trust YouTube Channel for those not able to be present on the day.


Candidate manifestos

Each of the candidates has provided a full and short-form manifesto. To consider who to vote for in the election this year, the manifestos can be found at the following links:

Casting your vote

With more than 3,000 members providing an up-to-date email address, the link to the ballots will be sent via email and will go out in batches throughout the day, following the close of the hustings.


Should you be unsure whether the email address held by the Trust is up-to-date, please contact us via trust.membership@ecfc.co.uk or enquiries@weownexetercityfc.co.uk

Election results and AGM


The results of the election will be announced at the AGM on Saturday, October 16, and confirmed via the Trust website and social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter


The AGM will be held at the Phoenix Centre at 11am prior to the Newport County match, with full details to be announced in the build up to the event.
