THE TRUST BOARD
The Trust Board is currently made up of 12 democratically-elected Trustees.

Every year, one-third of the Trust Board will be up for election ahead of the Supporters' Trust's AGM, which is usually held in October or November (dependent on men's first team fixtures).
Trust & Club Chair
Nick Hawker
Nick has supported the Club since 1969 when, after watching the Grecians lose 2-1 to Port Vale (September 27, 1969), just a few days later attended a midweek game against Swansea City (October 1, 1969), which resulted in a 6-0 win.
After 40 years working in the newspaper industry, mostly in technology, he retired and, looking for something to fill the time, he became Trust secretary in 2012, a position that he held for four years. After a brief hiatus in 2016, Nick returned as a co-opted trustee in 2017 and was elected by the membership in 2017, and then as chairman to the Trust that November.
Trustee
Will Barrett
Will has served as a trustee for five years, and has worked with the finance & governance, community, and communications groups during that time.

In these roles, he has been involved in several initiatives, including the delivery of the Supporters' Trust website, the implementation of online voting in Trust elections, the One of Our Own virtual match initiative, the Exeter City Community Fund, and several campaigns including Fans For Diversity.

As the head of development for the Exeter City Community Trust, Will works to align the ethos and mission of the Club and Supporters' Trust with the daily work of ECCT in our community, and also sits on the Club Board's community sub-group, working to design and deliver the charitable objectives of the Club and to support the Supporters' Trusts wider engagement with community groups across the city.
Outside of this work, Will was also a member of the team who created the Grecian Archive and ECFC Museum, which continues to flourish as part of the match day experience and day-to-day life of our Football Club.

Currently serving as vice chair of the Trust, he leads the Trust’s Finance & Governance group and is a member of the club’s finance and governance group. Additionally, he is a board member of the women's team, with specific responsibilities for safeguarding and health & safety.

He believes the Trust and club must uphold their core values while allowing for evolution. This process has already begun with the purchase of the training ground and the Old Tiverton Road building and land. While avoiding undue risks, he feels they should explore potential revenue-generating opportunities and work to improve the club’s infrastructure and facilities. The future of the club depends on financial sustainability, which can only be achieved through careful financial management.

Latoyah Egerton
Latoyah is immensely proud and grateful to have been elected to the Exeter City Supporters’ Trust board in 2024.

From her early days on the Big Bank during college to following both the men’s and women’s teams, home and away, Exeter City has been a significant part of her life

She has been particularly inspired by the growth of the women’s game at Exeter City and is thrilled that the women’s team has officially become part of the club. As the ECFC ambassador for Her Game Too, she has worked to promote the message that sexism has no place in football.
Her passion for supporter ownership in football has driven her journey to the board. She believes this model keeps the club deeply rooted in its community, ensuring that fans remain at the centre of decision-making.
