Matt is a lifelong supporter, having been first dragged to the stands as a 7 year old by his dad in 1998 (Leyton Orient, 1-1). Although now living in Manchester, he continues to follow where he can, with his colleagues able to tell Exeter’s result by his mood on Monday morning.

Matt was elected to the Trust Board, for the second time, in November 2025 and is a member of the Finance & Governance Group. He is a Chartered Actuary (FIA, CERA) and brings extensive experience of working with companies across a range of industries to challenge and improve their approaches to risk management and risk modelling.
