Chris Woods

Nominated by Martin Brint, Paul Sussex and Arran Cottam

I am standing for election to the Supporters’ Trust Board to strengthen supporter ownership and ensure members have a meaningful voice. I want to build on recent improvements, enhance communication, and act responsibly on behalf of supporters. With extensive sports-industry sales experience, I will offer to help improve merchandising and the online shop. I would prioritise protecting, and potentially increasing, the Trust’s majority shareholding, supporting modernisation, and pursuing new revenue streams with careful governance. I advocate for clearer communication, and better member engagement at forums. Please support my election for a more engaged, forward-thinking Trust.

Debra Noble

Nominated by Nick Edwards, Morris Elliott and Steven Chudley

A familiar face. An independent voice. Someone who cares.

I am Exeter born and bred, a lifelong Grecian, a Club employee and elected Trustee since 2024. I am a Football Supporters’ Association member. I have listened to supporters, contributed to working groups, encouraged women and younger fans, and personally funded children’s sensory activity packs. Being a woman in football has taught me inclusion takes action. I value independent judgement and handling of conflicts of interest. I want members to receive clear answers and the Trust to consider short, skills-based co-options to bring more women and fresh perspectives to the Board.

Elizabeth Holloway

Nominated by Damien Mills, Peter Minhinnett and Jennifer Barnett

At a critical point in time for Exeter City, the Trust and football, let’s build a sustainable, successful club everyone is proud of.

Professionally, I help organisations navigate change and rebuild reputations and I’ll bring these skills to the Trust and Club I love.

Effectiveness. I’m not afraid to challenge and ask tough questions. I’ll hold Trust and Club to account and help establish more effective ways of working.

Rebuilding trust. Trust starts with openness – clear, accessible updates will help everyone understand what’s happening and get more people involved.

New thinking. Fresh PR and marketing ides to reach new audiences.

Joshua Annetts

Nominated by Rob Harding, Nick Edwards and Sharon Dumbleton

I’m Josh Annetts, 16, and I’m already involved, not just talking about it.

Through Grecian Generation Z, I’ve shared supporters’ ideas with the Club and Trust, volunteered for Exeter City, and asked questions about finances. I’ve worked with the Football Supporters’ Association and Exeter City councillors.

I’d like to join the Trust’s Community Working Group, helping supporters of all ages and backgrounds feel welcome and heard.

I believe in clear answers, fair decisions and protecting our supporter owned club.

Don’t vote for me just because I’m young. Vote for me because I’ll turn up, speak up and follow things through.

Nick Bryant

Nominated by John Galt, Julie Galt and Elizabeth Holloway

I’m seeking re-election to the Supporters Trust in 2026 after a year on the Board, helping deliver positive change during a challenging period.

As Communications Lead I oversaw the launch of the new Trust website and improved communications through regular newsletters and articles. I also helped shape the new Trust Strategy and have provided strategic and technical advice on land and development issues.

I’m proud to stand again as part of Trust in Change; I remain committed to transparency, openness, strong communication, and delivering the Trust’s exciting new long-term vision.

Neil Le Millere

Nominated by Adam Black, Mark Earl and Julie Le Miller

I’m passionate about the success of ECFC as a Trust-owned club, being at the heart of the community.

I invite you to vote for me to continue working towards getting our Trust/Club to the highest level possible whilst continuing to ensure we achieve it in a sustainable way, holding true to the concept of supporter involvement in governance/ownership and ensuring there is always a club for our members to support.

We should all continue to support the Trust and thus the Club as the more supporters involved, the more successful we can be.

Paul Lovering

Nominated by Nick Edwards, Morris Elliott and Adrian Shand

I am a lifelong Exeter City supporter based in Gloucestershire.

I bring professional experience in risk assessment, operational leadership and specialist security, alongside matchday safety and CCTV work at Cheltenham Town. I will put the Club’s financial resilience first: sound solvency checks, a realistic cash reserve and protection of supporter ownership. I believe decisions must withstand independent scrutiny, with conflicts declared and members given clear answers. I want to use the skills of our wider membership, give younger supporters genuine responsibility and ensure women have fair opportunities to contribute.

I will listen, challenge constructively and work to protect our future.

Phillip Burden

Nominated by Martin Weiler, Bernadette Coates and Andrew Parsons

I’m 60 years old and have been a fan for 50 years. I was the volunteer Trust Secretary from 2018 to 2022. I worked for 30 years in the Nuclear Industry in Berkshire and at Devonport. I am currently retired. I am a volunteer driver for Freedom Wheels and CCT.

I believe we should strive to demonstrate fan ownership can work. We need to maintain and grow trust membership and communicate better with supporters whether trust members or not. Oversight of the club board and continued sustainability of the club for future generations of supporters are priorities.

Quinn Elliott

Nominated by Denise Watts, Nick Edwards and Nick Hawker

I stand for “We Own Our Football Club” meaning everyone gets a real voice.

I volunteer for Exeter City, regularly attend Trust meetings and contribute to the Trust’s AI policy work. I am DBS checked through ECFC, Exeter City Community Trust and Exeter College.

I want stronger connections with local schools, colleges and councils, alongside a growing international supporter community, building on my experience with Panionios in Greece.

I will champion short-term co-option of skilled members and fresh faces to deliver projects, challenge groupthink and open up decision-making.

I will listen, question respectfully and work for supporters of every generation.

Richard Maddock

Nominated by Chris Phillips, Sam Webber and Jack Flanagan

A first-generation Grecian since 2002, and current London Exile still attending home and away games when I can. I believe in the Trust model: its community values, sustainability and academy define City’s success. After recent upheaval, I see the new shared Vision as a strong foundation for Club and Trust pulling together again. My priorities are a Supporter-First Trust, with clearer updates and an annual “State of the Trust” report and survey, and a bigger Trust, growing membership and sharing Exeter’s supporter-owned story. A pragmatic delivery-focused government adviser, I’d contribute to the Communication and/or Ownership & Members working groups. UTC.
